At Dadi’s Farm, healthy, well-cared cows are milked by hand, ensuring the freshest A2 milk full of natural goodness.
The fresh milk is left to ferment naturally, then churned by hand using traditional wooden churners to separate makkhan (butter).
The fermented milk is churned by hand using a wooden churner. This age-old tool gently agitates the curd, separating the fresh makkhan (butter) from the buttermilk.
The makkhan is then slowly boiled in open pans over a gentle flame, preserving nutrients and enhancing flavor, turning butter into pure ghee.
The result is golden, aromatic Bilona Ghee — rich in nutrients, full of tradition, and perfect for every home.
